I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you so much for arranging a fabulous holiday for us.

About this time last year we decided we wanted to go to the West Coast and so as is often the case I did nothing about it! As Christmas came and went I started to talk to travel agents I had used in the past and it became clear they were not going to think outside the box and were stuck with Pre determined trips.

By the power of google I found your company. I remember still ringing you on a Saturday morning trying to explain what we wanted to do. You listened, didn’t say no and came back to us with your thoughts. You simply “got us” and what we wanted! Over the next few days you helped us craft a trip to take into account our particular demands and needs and never once did anything other than help!!

Booking completed your fabulous pack arrived and we all enjoyed reading up on our trip and took the chance  to book various tickets in advance for things we wanted to do. We went to a six flags park in San Francisco, toured Alcatraz, went whale and dolphin watching in Monterey and enjoyed a VIP experience at Universal Studios. To end the trip on a high we flew to the Grand Canyon and had a champagne pic nic in the canyon.

Each hotel you chose met our needs and the drives were all manageable. Being a typical boy I upgraded the car at the rental desk, but truth be known the car you booked was more than perfect!!

On our penultimate day when BA cancelled our flight home, your colleague was a super star and sorted out new flights and changed our rental car return and Heathrow parking. If ever there was a reason to have travel agents it’s a flight cancellation and you guys just sorted things out!

We had the holiday of a life time and can only say thank you for your help. It doesn’t seem enough, but it was just superb.

We will probably do a beach holiday next summer but might aim to hit the East Coast the year after and we will definitely be in touch then.
