I just wanted to drop you a line to say thanks for organising our fantastic trip to the States.  We had an absolutely fantastic time and all the arrangements worked like clockwork.  The hotels were great especially the Kimptons in DC and Baltimore. There were so many memories but highlights include getting stuck in a Amish cart and horse traffic jam, eating way too many pancakes with syrup, watching arena football in Washington, hiking up to the top of the Skyland mountain and watching the sunset over the Shenandoah Valley, hiring bikes to cycle the George Washington Highway to Mount Vernon… too many wonderful things to recount. 

The binder that you made up for us was invaluable as were the maps and tips for places to visit. We made use of both the direct routes and some of the indirect ones too and managed to cover 1300 miles in the 10 days we had the car.  It felt like we had seen masses of the country although it was only a tiny part of it on the map. 

Thanks so much – we’ll definitely be looking to do another road trip in the US so we’ll no doubt be in touch again in the future.
