So we received our travel pack this morning and can I first start by saying how overwhelmingly impressed we have been with the quality of our service so far. The travel pack is amazing! More than we ever thought we’d receive. It seems like everything has been thought of on our behalf and already sorted for us, allowing us to literally just sit back and get excited. We just wanted to send you this email as a massive thank you for all your hard work and to say how much we appreciate it.
