We just felt we needed to email you and your team to say a massive thank you for all your hard work, advice and organisation in making such a wonderful, dream holiday come together. From the moment we arrived at Heathrow to board the plane for Chicago to the (sad) moment we left L.A., the holiday was magnificent and your provided itinerary was invaluable, a real bible of ours while we were away.
