Unfortunately our holiday was cancelled due to the first lockdown and with less than 24 hours until we were due to fly! NIGHTMARE…… or so we thought. We had constant contact with Corinne who was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We also had Christian the md contact us via phone on a Sunday evening helping talk us through what happens and where we stood and what our options were, honestly this call alone calmed us both down from our panic stations. It really is the little things and the customer service that makes them stand out no question or querie is too much and they will always get back to you quickly. Unfortunately we have not been able to travel yet but rest assured as soon as we can Corinne will be my first contact! Thank you so much for all you have done for us guys. See you soon!
