We returned a few days ago and just wanted to say thank you to you and your team for the excellent arrangements. From the moment we arrived in Vancouver until we got to SFO everything was seamless and everyone very helpful. It doesn’t seem fair to single anywhere out, but the attention we received at the Fairmont in Vancouver and the Omni in SF was excellent, and the Olea in Glen Ellen is an absolute gem – Julie and Kent were marvellous. Also, Alamo deserves a mention as they were very efficient and helpful, both in Seattle and SF.

Thanks to you we had a marvellous time.
