I wanted to take a few minutes and shoot you a quick email on our recent holiday with yourselves. We dealt with Corinne for the planning / booking and from the outset she was an absolute diamond! We were quite picky with some of the things we wanted; having started with one of your Californian “standard” trips, we then ended up chopping and changing this quite a lot to suit our wants. The whole way through Corinne was accommodating, superbly knowledgeable and resourceful and extremely quick with her turnarounds of quotes etc. She consistently under-promised and over-delivered which I think is a fantastic characteristic to have within your field; one which we hadn’t really experienced until dealing with ARTCo., and Corinne. She also did a fantastic job of listening to what we wanted, which on the face of it sounds quite obligatory but was a refreshing change to some of the other people and companies we’d dealt with up until that point. Once we’d dealt with Corinne, there was no way we were booking our holiday with anyone but yourselves. As a side-note, your company was fantastic with the whole BA issue of getting home, and I may have even spoken to yourself when it was late at night on Saturday in the UK and we were in our hotel wondering what to do. Corinne again had even gone above-and-beyond and emailed us with updates while she was in Texas on a trip herself. I just wanted to take a minute to thank you and ARTCo. for an amazing trip, and assure you we will 100% be returning to you for our next U.S adventure in the future.
