In downtown Pittsburgh, you will reach Market Square, a colourful space which buzzes with life, surrounded by shops and restaurants. 

Get up and close to birds in the immersive habitats in the National Avery. 

Just outside of Pittsburgh in the Laurel Highlands you can visit Fallingwater, the home build by architect Frank Lloyd Wright. You can experience the interesting architecture. You mustn’t forget to visit the Andy Warhol Museum, home to the largest collection of Warhol art in the world, right here in his hometown.

What to eat in Pittsburgh?

Now that Pittsburgh is officially a “food city” there are a few dishes you’re going to need to taste upon your visit! A salad here beats any you will have at home. Pimped up with fries and other deep-fried goodness (and likely some Heinz Tomato Ketchup!) These aren’t as healthy as could be, but delicious all the same! Coconut Pie, Pierogies, Raw Pizza, (Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it!) and the Pitts-burger are amongst popular favourites around the city.
